Key Decisions Are Both Personal and Company Driven

If you own stock comp, there are a large number of decisions to consider, but primarily just a handful of key decisions you can/should be making over time. These decisions are driven by both (1) your personal situation/plans, and (2) company dynamics.

On the company side, one of the major drivers is the company business/life stage (e.g. decisions that are "mostly obvious" when the company is seed-stage can be less clear, or even wrong, years down the line if/when the company is Series E/pre-IPO).
